What is preordering and how does it work?

Each November the preordering ability opens up. Sold out stock has been repropagated and new varieties are added.

Here in Suffolk we specialise in starter packs that are UK exclusive and many, many rare varieties sourced from around the world. These sell out quickly every spring.

To avoid disappointment we offer a preorder service that runs from November to April each year. A code is available each year allowing only one postage charge no matter how many orders are placed. This allows the grower/collector to reserve their plants and spread the cost of spring planting over many months. All the orders are combined and are delivered at the same time. Despatching starts in April when dormancy has ended and late April if Orostachys are included in the orders. The delivery week can also be specified, tailoring the arrival of your plants to your needs. The code for November 2025 to mid April 2026 is ‘combine’.
